Are you a Kitchen Team Leader or an experienced Kitchen Team Member ready to take the next step? As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our business success and have opportunities to develop your skills to advance your career.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, do you have:

• The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team

• A high standard of food knowledge and skills

• An up-to-date knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements

• A willingness to develop personally and help propel the brigade forward at Slug And Lettuce

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager

• Consistently producing high-quality dishes to specifications for our guests

• Supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager

• Managing stock, ordering supplies, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times

• Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance

• Leading the team to achieve company targets
