Waythrough is seeking a Team Lead in Wimborne (onsite) to manage and supervise a multi-agency, multidisciplinary team delivering a flexible, accessible service to service users.
You will oversee day-to-day project operations, develop service area strategies, and liaise with external agencies to benefit service users. Deputising for the Service/Area Manager may be required, with focus on compliant, high-quality delivery.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Full- time, Permanent
Salary: £31,030.00 - £41,980.00 per annum

You will manage, supervise and oversee a multi-agency/multidisciplinary team, providing a flexible and accessible service to service users.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of designated projects and assist in the development of your service area, ensuring that relevant models are embedded within the service.
The role involves working closely with other agencies and developing effective links with services and facilities within community and custodial settings to benefit service users. You will also support the development of effective pathways and procedures across the service.
You will work alongside the Service/Area Manager to support the effective delivery, monitoring and development of the service, including performance against service specifications and contractual targets.
You will also deputise for the Service/Area Manager and provide ongoing service cover in the absence of other managers across the service.
