Job Description

• Managing and leading a customer service team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implementing and maintaining processes to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
• Resolving complex customer complaints and enquiries.
• Conducting team meetings and providing feedback to enhance performance.
• Working closely with other department leaders to drive the company's goals and objectives.
• Overseeing team's adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of customer service strategies.
• Conducting performance evaluations and implementing training programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Leader should have:

• Proven experience in managing and leading a customer service team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills.
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with customer service management software.
• Must be able to work one in 4 Saturdays.
• Knowledge of insurance would be advantageous.
