Position: Shift Leader

Our client based in Worksop is currently looking for a full-time, permanent Shift Leader.

Requirements:

• Strong background in team leading and organising
• Experience in customs is preferable

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

Your duties will include:

• Responding to customs queries via specified platforms (email, portals, IT platforms, etc.)
• Understanding duty and VAT calculations
• Maintaining compliance with current legislation and customs procedures
• Ensuring sufficient staffing for each shift and raising any issues with the Management Team
• Overseeing and monitoring the progress of designated tasks daily
• Providing constructive feedback to your team

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong PC skills, including Office 365
• Experience in leading a team and reporting feedback
• Strong attention to detail
