Job Title

Warehouse Team Lead

Working Hours

40 hours, Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, with 1 in 2 Sundays 7am to 12pm

Salary

£26,998.40 per annum, plus regional supplements totaling £395.20

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our Birmingham Depot. This role involves providing hands-on leadership and supervision, acting as the link between supervisors and warehouse staff, ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, prioritising, and delegating warehouse activities
• Managing staff hours, sickness, and holidays to ensure smooth operations
• Motivating and developing staff to maximize productivity and efficiency

Physical Requirements

Standing and walking for most of the shift, lifting (up to 15kg), bending, twisting, kneeling, and crouching.
