Job summary

Computacenter Hatfield is seeking a Team Leader to manage a diverse team of Customer Executives and Sales Order Management professionals. You will lead, coach and develop the team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a strong customer experience.

This role focuses on building engagement, driving performance and continuous improvement, developing talent, and fostering stakeholder relationships across business functions, while modeling Computacenter's values and leadership behaviours.

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse team of Customer Executives and Sales Order Management professionals, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to our customers while driving engagement, performance and continuous improvement across your team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader who is passionate about developing talent, building strong stakeholder relationships and creating high-performing teams. Whilst experience within technology services is beneficial, it is not essential. We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate strong leadership capability
