Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Team Leader to manage a diverse team of Customer Executives and Sales Order Management professionals in a fast-growing, customer-facing environment.

You will drive engagement, performance and continuous improvement while modelling Computacenter's leadership values. The role emphasizes talent development, stakeholder collaboration and delivering exceptional service outcomes for customers across multiple functions and regions.

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse team of Customer Executives and Sales Order Management professionals, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to our customers while driving engagement, performance and continuous improvement across your team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader who is passionate about developing talent, building strong stakeholder relationships and creating high-performing teams. Whilst experience within technology services is beneficial, it is not essential. We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate strong leadership capability

What you'll do
