Team Coordinator - Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy

Location: UK (either Uxbridge or London based)

Working for the Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy (and Chair of GB pension scheme) to provide team coordination alongside administrative support.

What to expect

Includes involvement in activities such as:

  • Investor Relations event and corporate access support: coordinating with external banks for investor roadshows, conferences, and managing investor relations events like plant visits, analyst briefings, and website updates.
  • Corporate strategy support: assisting with annual strategy events and presentation formatting.
  • Team support: scheduling meetings, onboarding new members, and process improvements.
  • Pensions support: liaising with pension scheme advisers and managing related logistics and documentation.
  • Diary management: coordinating the VP's calendar, arranging meetings, travel, and managing visitor logistics.
  • Invoicing and expenses: managing invoices, supplier relationships, and team expenses.
  • Additional support: contributing to other initiatives like company-wide meetings and special projects.

What we're looking for

  • Experience as an executive or personal assistant and in project management.
  • Background in office or corporate administrative roles.
  • Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new tools quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
