A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join a family office and charity as Team Assistant. As Senior Leadership Team Assistant you’ll provide practical support to five members of the companies leadership, helping keep operations running smoothly and ensuring clear communication across the team. You’ll be a reliable point of contact for scheduling requests, information sharing and day-to-day coordination.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage calendars across multiple team members, organise files and documents, handle building management tasks, and assist with various projects as they arise. You’ll help keep the leadership team organised and on track, making sure everyone has what they need to work effectively. Some occasional travel support may be required.

Required:

  • 2-3+ years’ experience as an Assistant
  • An undergraduate degree
  • Proven ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing needs
  • Exceptional written communication and proofreading skills
  • Some experience in planning and coordinating events
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of organisation
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, purpose-led environment
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, and a hands-on, flexible approach to working style, with a ‘no job is too big or too small’ mentality
