Job description

Our client, a global commercial property consultancy, are seeking a Team Assistant to join their team in London on a 10 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

The applicant will provide PA support to an International Partner and the wider team. The team is fast paced and dynamic so you must be able to work to tight deadlines and thrive in a busy role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong typing and accuracy are essential
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks independently
  • A can-do, problem-solving mindset is crucial

Package:

  • Salary of £31,500
  • Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 from home
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
