The Team Assistant will manage reception duties with grace, ensure the office runs seamlessly, and support high-profile meetings and events. Responsibilities also include overseeing office supplies, coordinating mail, facilities maintenance, and assisting with event planning and catering.
This position is ideal for someone with receptionist and/or PA and administrative experience in a luxury 5-star or professional services environment, eager to take on PA and event management responsibilities. You will gain valuable exposure supporting a team of Associates, managing calendars, travel, and expenses.
