As a vital member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Partners, fee earners, and PAs across all departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a diverse range of skills within a professional City law-firm environment.

Key Duties:

  • Work collaboratively within the fee earner support team to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
  • Manage filing systems including file opening and closing, maintaining organisation and efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of internal and external seminars, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Prepare and engross documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle the procurement of official copy documents from various sources.
  • Utilise online search services such as the Land Registry Portal for research purposes.
  • Manage file archiving and retrieval processes effectively.
  • Provide general administrative support including scanning, photocopying, and printing.
  • Act as a first aider and fire warden, ensuring the safety and well-being of all staff.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and cover reception when necessary.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
