Job Description
In this Part Time role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Be a Level One User - responsible for the SMS system in hiring new contractors.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintaining accurate calendars and diaries.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems for the Home Office.
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by team members or management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time Team Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles, ideally within the property sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
