Job description

An industry-leading Investment Management firm based in Central London are looking for a charming and bright Administrator to support its highly impressive Legal Team - the team is cohesive, supportive, and hard-working. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone looking to progress (in time) down the Legal route – the company prides itself on its opportunities for development, training, and progression. All staff are exceptionally well looked after, and as a result, turnover is low. The role has come about due to internal promotion. 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.

This fast-paced and varied role will involve, but is not limited to:

• Administrative support services to the legal team, including PA support (diary management, scheduling meetings organisation, couriers, financial admin including processing invoices and expenses)

• Record management, coordination and arrangement of signing of all relevant legal documents

• Assistance with maintaining electronic system of directorships and other information for investee companies as required

• Support to Company Secretary

They are looking for:

• 2-3+ years administrative experience within legal, finance, politics, or professional services – someone who has supported a legal team, finance team, or a Company Secretary would be a bonus, OR a strong interest in Legal

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organisational skills for multi-tasking and document management

• Hard-working, flexible, and muck-in attitude

• Records and information management skills

• Strong academics
