Role Overview

The Senior Team Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to designated property teams and the wider business. This role requires a highly organized individual capable of managing and coordinating a team of property professionals across various UK locations.

This is a London-based hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office 2-3 days per week, preferably on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Proofreading and formatting reports/documents according to company standards
  • Collating and distributing meeting papers and reports timely
  • Producing accurate minutes for Committee and Board meetings with minimal amendments
  • Following up on action points and sending reminders before subsequent meetings
  • Filing papers and minutes on SharePoint
Additional Responsibilities
  • Arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms
  • Processing purchase orders and managing travel bookings
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Supporting the Net Zero Accelerator Programme
Financial & General Administrative Tasks
  • Raising purchase orders, validating invoices, and reconciliation
  • Completing ad-hoc administrative tasks and building relationships with stakeholders
Key Skills & Requirements
  • GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Experience in minute-taking at Committee/Board level
  • Diary management and organization skills for senior professionals
  • Proficiency in English language and Microsoft Office
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
