This is a new role for Redbridge Quits Smoking - Via’s Specialist Smoking Cessation Service for the London Borough of Redbridge. Our service is co-located in Ilford with other Via colleagues from our adult and young people’s substance misuse and sexual health services.
This role has been created to provide professional, efficient, and effective support to our team and anyone contacting us, to ensure our specialist smoking cessation service maintains a high standard of responsiveness, in order to achieve our service objectives – helping more people who live, work, or study in Redbridge to go smoke-free and quit smoking.
We welcome applications from people who are interested in a new challenge in an administrative role supporting our team of experienced smoking cessation advisors, apprentices, and volunteers, and working with our team leader to develop the role and new processes.
The Role

This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. Our usual hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 with some occasional evening and weekend work as required on a rota within the team.
