A leading company is seeking an interim Team Administrator to provide proactive administrative support to the Asset Management Team. This role involves managing team enquiries, liaising with various stakeholders, and producing management reports. The position is based in London with a hybrid working policy, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Here at UPP we have an opportunity for an interim Team Administrator to provide proactive administration and project support to functions within the Asset Management Team, underpinning our ability to deliver high quality student accommodation with sector leading occupancy levels.
Supporting and liaising with various committees and teams, with coordination and production of business information, producing insights and reports that aid effective decision making whilst managing technical and commercial delivery / risk.
This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave starting around the 21 July 2025. Based in our award-winning London office with occasional travel to other sites. Our hybrid working policy of 2 days in the office enables a good balance between working from home and the office.

We are looking for a highly organised, professional and efficient administrator with experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally within a similar industry, focussed on delivering accurate, concise information to a team, including senior management.
Knowledge and experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, with the ability to lean and use internal systems and tools as required.
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude with an attention to detail, excellent communication, people, and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate a busy workload to meet variable deadlines.
