Job Opportunity: Team Administrator at a Birmingham City Centre Law Firm

Salary: Up to £24,000 per year

About the Role

We are hiring a Team Administrator to join a reputable law firm located in Birmingham City Centre. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  1. Scheduling and compiling documentation bibles
  2. Filing deeds, documents, correspondence, and other materials
  3. Scanning, photocopying, and printing
  4. Opening and closing files
  5. Managing incoming and outgoing post
  6. Providing administrative support to staff
  7. Occasionally covering reception duties
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail
