Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering whole-class teaching under supervision.
• Ability to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities.
• Ability to assess and report pupil progress.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Awareness of safeguarding and DBS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover for teaching staff, including leading class teaching under supervision.
• Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities under supervision.
• Support pupils across whole-class, small-group and 1:1 settings.
• Assess and report pupil progress across curriculum areas.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain confidentiality.
