Oasis Academy New Oak in Bristol is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for The Orchard, our Autism Resource Base. You will support learners with differentiated needs, foster an inclusive learning environment, and help manage complex behaviours to enable students to reach their full potential.

The role requires NVQ/VRQ Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent, Maths and English GCSEs at A*-C, and experience in specialist SEN settings.

Qualifications

  • NVQ/VRQ Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent required.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at A*-C (or 9-4) required.
  • Experience in SEN provision or specialist setting desirable.
