Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored 1:1 learning strategies for pupils with SEND/SEMH needs.
  • Collaborate with class teachers and SENDCO to monitor progress and resources.
  • Foster an inclusive environment to build independence and self-esteem.
  • Provide basic admin support and assist with First Aid (training provided).
  • Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety standards.
