Some children just need the right person beside them.
We're looking for caring, proactive and enthusiastic people to join our team and support pupils in SEND schools from September 2026.
Whether you're an experienced TA, looking for your first role in education, or thinking about a future career in teaching, we'd love to hear from you.
You don't have to come from a traditional education background either. Creative graduates from art, drama, dance, music, theatre and the performing arts can make fantastic SEN TAs too. If you're confident, adaptable, creative and good at building relationships, your skills could be exactly what a child needs.
We'd also love to hear from people with backgrounds in youth work, care, coaching, mentoring, support work or mental health.
Already Thrive trained? Brilliant, let us know when you apply.
