Are you confident supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? This Birmingham SEMH school is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work with Key Stage 3 & 4 students who require additional support managing behaviour, emotional regulation, and accessing their education.
This role is ideal for someone with previous SEMH experience or a strong background in youth work, mentoring, or pastoral support. You will be part of a committed team helping students achieve personal and academic goals while developing strong relationships and resilience.
