Job Opportunity: SEMH Teaching Assistant in Birmingham

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEMH needs at a Primary School in Sparkbrook, Birmingham.

This role involves supporting a Year 3 pupil. Experience or understanding of trauma-informed practices is desirable. Prior experience working with pupils with SEMH and behavioral difficulties is essential.

The position is available to start ASAP and is expected to last until the end of the academic year, approximately 8 weeks, until July 2024. It is a full-time, temporary role, with working hours from 8:20 am to 4:00 pm during term time.

Requirements

• Two professional child-related references
