Job description

CORE Education Trust is a values-driven multi-academy trust rich in cultural and social diversity. Responsible for four academies in Birmingham, the Trust was established to innovate through adversity and challenge conventional boundaries for our students. This role will be based at Arena Academy - CORE Education Trust. You will join a team dedicated to ensuring all students receive the support, care, and guidance needed to achieve their best.

Our Trust values the impact inspirational staff can have on students' life chances. We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support and challenge our school leaders during this next stage of trust improvement and growth.

This is a demanding and varied role. The successful candidate should be committed to improving the lives of students at CORE Education Trust. You will advocate for the Trust's vision and aims, supporting its mission to foster collaboration, support, and challenge across all schools within the Trust.
