Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to support students in Medway and surrounding areas. Roles range from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements in local secondary schools.

The successful candidate will work with pupils, support SEN learners where needed, and contribute to safeguarding and pastoral care, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible hours and ongoing consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• Experience supporting students within a school or educational setting is desirable.
• Experience supporting SEN learners is advantageous.
• A patient, positive and adaptable approach.
• Confident supporting students both academically and pastorally.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding.
