• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Experience supporting students within a school or educational setting is desirable
• Experience supporting SEN learners is advantageous
• A patient, positive and adaptable approach
• Confident supporting students both academically and pastorally
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding
