Teaching Assistant PRU in Salford

Axcis is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for a PRU secondary school in Salford. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on young students. You will work with small groups of secondary students, supporting their needs and providing general in-class assistance, primarily with students in KS3 with SEMH and complex needs.

Details

• Mornings only, including lunchtime cover (8.30am-1.00pm)
• Start date: September
• Daily rate: £83.40 to £100, depending on experience

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working in a secondary school as a teaching assistant
• Previous experience with pupils with SEMH & challenging behaviour
• Experience in a PRU setting is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work with challenging behaviour while being a positive role model
