Duration: Full time, on going
Salary: £85 – £100 per day
The School/role:
An amazing special needs school in Stoke-on-Trent are currently looking for a fulltime PRU Teaching assistant starting as soon as possible. The school is a Pupil Referral Unit with students SEMH this requires conducting thorough assessments to accurately identify and understand the social, emotional, and mental health needs of all pupils, ensuring that each individual’s unique challenges and strengths are recognised and addressed.
This will include supporting teachers with material preparation for lessons, assisting with displays and providing direct 1 on 1 or small group student support.
The ideal candidate for a PRU Teaching Assistant role should:
A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.
