An established industry player is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for a rewarding behavioural support role at a Primary School in Salford. This full-time position requires exceptional skills in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques, along with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in teaching support. You will work closely with pupils to enhance their emotional health and well-being, providing tailored support and mentoring. Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with exceptional skills in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques? If so, Tradewind is looking for someone like you to join their team in a behavioural support role at a Primary School in Salford.
As a successful candidate, you will have experience in Team Teach, Pru, alternative provision, or as a support worker in a residential children's home. You will also have either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in teaching support or a related field.

To be considered for this role, you must be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references checks. You must also provide a CV with a full employment and education history included, with any employment breaks explained. You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
This is a full time role starting September 2025 and the competitive pay rate will be between 90 to 100 per day, depending on experience.
