Job summary

Aspire People in Leicester is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support teachers across local primary schools from September, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time work during school hours (8:30am–3:30pm).

You will assist with lessons, support individual pupils and small groups, help manage classroom activities and behaviour, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment. A DBS update service or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a UK primary school or nursery (essential).
• Positive, proactive and caring attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work school hours (8:30am-3:30pm).
• The right to work in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities
