Job summary

Aspire People is seeking Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistants to support learners across local primary schools. Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities available, with working hours 8:30am–3:30pm.

You will assist class teachers, support children in small groups or one-to-one, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment. Prior TA experience and a passion for child development are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school or supporting children with SEN is essential.
• Positive, caring and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Aspire People is currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary schools.

The Role

• Support pupils in the classroom to help them achieve their full potential.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school or supporting children with SEN is essential.
• A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Must be available to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or willingness to obtain one.
