You do not need any previous school experience - full training, guidance, and on-the-job support will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for people who are new to education but keen to make a positive difference in children's lives.

You will support children aged 4-11 who may have additional learning needs, developmental delays, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Your role will involve helping pupils build confidence, regulate emotions, engage with learning, and develop key skills.
