This role is ideal for graduates who are exploring future careers in teaching, educational psychology, social work, speech and language therapy, youth work, or related fields. It's also perfect for anyone keen to make a real difference in children's early education and development.
In this position, you'll work closely with primary-aged children who may have additional needs such as learning difficulties, developmental delays, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
Your support will help pupils to grow in confidence, develop emotional awareness, and engage positively with their learning. You'll play an important part in helping children build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, communication, and social interaction.
