Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support post-16 students with SEND as they develop essential life skills and prepare for independence.

You will work to foster independence, confidence, and practical abilities through targeted activities and community-based learning, helping students transition toward adulthood and employment. The role offers ongoing CPD and professional support.
