We are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage and work alongside staff to support families. Support may be required in other areas at the discretion of the Senior Leadership Team.
As a Level 3 TA, you will complement the teachers’ delivery of the EYFS curriculum by working in a variety of roles. These include supporting individual children or small groups with SEND, delivering and leading interventions, and fostering the development of groups within a play-based and classroom environment. You may also be asked to cover teacher absences, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
