Job summary

Southam Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 (TA2) to support pupils across the school, with a focus on providing targeted help and fostering positive relationships. The role is four days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with hours 8.30am–12.00pm and 1.00pm–3.15pm.

Starting salary is £13,895.75 with a pay award pending. This role offers a warm, supportive environment and opportunities to develop professionally within a dedicated team.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant at Southam Primary, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
