• TA2 qualification or equivalent or relevant experience essential

Responsibilities

• Working closely with teachers to deliver targeted support for individuals and small groups, including those with additional needs.
• Contributing to a nurturing environment to help children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
• Supporting the inclusion and progress of pupils with SEND and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Helping create a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere aligned with school values.
• Assisting with day-to-day classroom activities and supporting the wider school community.
