Job summary

Quest (A Church Of England Schools Trust) are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child is valued and supported to thrive.

You will work closely with teachers, assist with personalised learning, support communication and emotional regulation, and help create a warm, creative learning space that fosters independence and positive relationships with pupils and families.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Ability to work with teachers to deliver personalised learning
• Strong teamwork and communication
• Ability to create engaging, safe learning environments
