We are a welcoming and ambitious primary school committed to providing an outstanding education for children with Moderate Learning Difficulties, communication and interaction needs, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. As part of a larger trust, we offer an innovative curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each student.

The Role: Your Opportunity to Shine

As a Teaching Assistant, you won't just be supporting a teacher-you'll be a key part of our students' success stories. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging learning activities for individuals, small groups, and even whole classes.

  • Monitoring and celebrating pupils' progress, and providing valuable feedback to teachers.

  • Implementing effective, trauma-informed strategies to support our students and increase their achievement.

  • Helping create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels safe and understood.

We're looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and has a deep passion for working with children with complex needs. You should be skilled in consistent and calm behaviour regulation and have experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

What We Offer You
  • Comprehensive training and mentorship from our experienced and dedicated staff.

  • Excellent opportunities for professional development and career growth.

  • A supportive and collaborative team where your contributions are valued and celebrated.

  • The chance to be a part of something truly meaningful-making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of our students every single day.

If you have a minimum of one year of experience in a related role and are eager to join a team that is dedicated to providing excellent education for all children, we want to hear from you.
