Job summary

Tinsley Meadows Primary School is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND and assist across the school as needed. The role is fixed until 31 August 2027 and offers 34 hours per week over 39 weeks per year, with progression opportunities within Five Rivers Multi Academy Trust.

The post sits within the Grade 3 scale (Pt 5-6) with salary in the region of £26,427–£26,847, pro rata for term time. The Trust highlights strong CPD and staff wellbeing commitments.

GRADE / SALARY:Grade 3 (Pt 5-6) £26,427 -£26,847

(£20,888 -£21,219 Pro Rata)

Tinsley Meadows Primary Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated teaching assistant who can support a high quality, safe learning experience underpinned by high expectations for our children. In the first instance the successful candidate will be supporting some of our pupils with SEND needs but may be deployed across the school.
