Job summary

The Challenge Academy Trust invites applications for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join Bridgewater High School in Coalville. This full-time, term-time role supports individuals and groups of pupils with SEN under the direction of teaching and senior staff.

The successful candidate will contribute to inclusive learning, help with classroom management and behaviour techniques, and support curriculum access for all pupils.

Job description

Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Grade 4, SCP 6-7 -

Full Time 35 hrs/week

39 weeks per year - term-time only

Actual Salary £21,844 - £22,191

We require a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, to start as soon as possible to work with and supervise individuals and groups of pupils with SEN under the direction or instruction of teaching and/or senior staff. The successful applicant will enable access to learning for all pupils considering individual learning needs and provide assistance and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques.
