Job summary

Spark Education Trust, a group of 11 primary and 4 secondary schools, is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 for Bewley Primary School in Billingham. Bewley Primary School operates a 17-hour per week contract during term time, with start as soon as possible; closing date is 9 October 2026 and interviews on 14 October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in managing pupils and the classroom.
• Provide care/support programmes to enable access to learning for all pupils, including those with SEN.

Actual Salary: £10,211 to £10,610 (Grade F, SCP 7 to 8)

Hours of Work: 17 hours per week, term time only

Contract Type: Permanent
