Changing Lives in Collaboration Trust (CLIC) invites applications for an Inclusion role in our Resource Provision classroom, leading interventions and providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils from our mainstream classes.
The successful candidate will work closely with the SENDCO, build strong relationships with children, staff and parents, and help ensure personalised targets are met in line with guidance and EHCP documents.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is passionate about inclusion and can champion inclusive practices. This role would be perfect for somebody who puts relationships at the heart of all they do and is able to develop strong relationships, rooted in positivity and mutual respect, with children, staff and parents.
