We are seeking a dedicated, resilient and compassionate Inclusive Learning Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Horfield. This rewarding full-time role involves working closely with children ranging in age from Reception to Year 6, providing tailored behavioural, pastoral and academic support on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

As an Inclusive Learning Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs to access learning, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
Working closely with teachers, SEND staff and families, you will provide personalised support that enables pupils to engage with learning, manage challenges and make meaningful progress.
