Compass Eko Trust is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support children with special educational needs. You will work with individual pupils and alongside other children in the class to support their learning, under the guidance of the Inclusion team.
The role is term-time only plus two training days, 28.75 hours per week, with a fixed term contract until August 2027. You will join a collaborative, caring team committed to high standards and professional development.
FTE salary: £26,847.00 - £27,274.00
Actual salary: £17,604.09 - £17,884.08

We wish to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support children with special educational needs. The successful applicant will need to have a patient, positive and kind attitude, with excellent communication skills and a genuine love of working with children. Working as part of a team, you will need to be calm, flexible, dedicated and be able to form positive relationships with staff and children. You will be working with individual pupils and alongside other children in the class to support their learning.
The successful candidate will receive training from the Inclusion team.
