Qualifications

• Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
• Patient, caring and confident supporting pupils.
• Ability to work effectively one-to-one and in small groups.
• Support literacy, numeracy and wider classroom learning.
• Understands safeguarding and positive behaviour.
• Can support pupils with SEND and additional needs.
• Works well as part of a wider school team.
