Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support SEN schools in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

Roles are flexible: long-term, short-term and permanent. You will work with children aged 5–18 with ASC, SEMH, MLD/SLD, SLCN, ADHD and sensory needs. Competitive rates, weekly pay, CPD and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN.
• Patient, empathetic and resilient.
• Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs.
• Experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential.
