Job summary

Justteachers Ltd in Grange-over-Sands is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role at a secondary school starting September 2026. The post offers the chance to support students with additional needs and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.

You will work closely with teachers and the SENCO, support EHCP targets, deliver small-group interventions, and help monitor pupil progress while upholding safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEND pupils in a classroom setting.
• Experience in UK school environments is preferred.
• Understanding of EHCP targets and learning plans is beneficial.
• Strong communication and patience with students.
