Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEND pupils in a classroom setting.
• Experience in UK school environments is preferred.
• Understanding of EHCP targets and learning plans is beneficial.
• Strong communication and patience with students.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with additional needs in class.
• Deliver targeted interventions and small group work.
• Assist with EHCP targets and learning plans.
• Encourage pupil independence and confidence.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO.
• Adapt resources for individual learning needs.
• Monitor and record pupil progress.
• Support behaviour management strategies.
• Help maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing support.
